This glove is hand made of organic, raw cotton, which provides the mild abrasive effect.

Because of the raw cotton a natural plant colour extract might appear. This confirms the yarn is 100% raw cotton that has not been exposed to any chemicals etc. Any change of color will disappear after wash.
When the glove, after a very long time of usage, needs to be replaced, you can just cut it up and mix it into your potting mesh or leave it at the compost heap to reenter the circle of nature.
